About the Community Infrastructure Branch

The Community Infrastructure branch delivers strategic and operational asset management functions including asset planning, maintenance, capital upgrading and construction for properties owned in full by the Director of Housing.

This includes public housing properties, specialist homelessness and supported accommodation, neighbourhood houses, disability group homes and other community services facilities.

Community Infrastructure is also responsible for affordable home ownership products provided by the Director of Housing.

The business unit has four programs:

  1. Asset Planning and Management
  2. Capital Development
  3. Community Partners and Projects
  4. Property Maintenance Services.
