Adventure Activity Standards (the Standards) are voluntary guidelines that assist organisations and leaders of adventure activities provide participation opportunities at a standard designed to enhance safety and enjoyment.
The development of national Standards commenced in 2015. More information about the Australian Standards, including opportunities for involvement and contact details, is available from Australian Adventure Activiity Standards.
The Tasmanian Standards, developed in 2009, have not been updated pending the introduction of national Standards.
