The Collaboration Network is a newly forming group of people who work together across agencies to encourage and strengthen teamwork. People who become part of the Collaboration Network are experienced at working together around simple and complex service responses within community and/or health services, and sometimes across into education, policing or the justice system.
Sometimes a client or cohort has needs that require an unusual service response. The Collaboration Network is always seeking innovative ways to work together to achieve quality outcomes for clients, and to share what has worked, and what has not.
Over time this page will provide links to tools, educational resources, events and contacts that are all designed to assist the Collaboration Network and to foster a culture of collaboration more broadly.
